Re: 並結束遊戲

Does it make sense now? I still don't really understand what game the article is talking about.

並結束遊戲 still does not make sense because the latter part is missing.
Fortunately, I’ve got the missing part 智能電視等增長不達標的部門 from your other thread.
The whole sentence should read “並結束遊戲﹑智能電視等增長不達標的部門”. So, once you supply the full context, the whole sentence makes sense.

並 also | 結束 close down | 遊戲 games | 智能電視 smart TV | 等 etc / such as | 增長 growth | 不 not | 達 reach | 標 goal/target | 的 which | 部門 department
“They also closed down those departments, such as games and smart TV, which failed to reach growth targets.”

This complex sentence mainly consists of a verb (結束) + noun phrase (遊戲…部門).
The noun phrase with 部門 as head noun is qualified by both an adjectival phrase (遊戲﹑智能電視等) and a relative clause (增長不達標的).
遊戲﹑智能電視等 are nouns in form but altogether function as an adjectival phrase in describing the different sorts of departments.
增長不達標的 is a relative clause in relation to the head noun 部門. Here, 的 functions as the English relative pronoun “which”. And English and Chinese relative clauses differ only in the word order:
English grammar: head noun + relative pronoun (at beginning of relative clause)
Chinese grammar: relative pronoun (at end of relative clause) + head noun
