Thank you PK Chan and Mr. K for the different variations. I'd like to offer my two cents if the original poster is a new learner.

There's a phrase in Cantonese that is very, very common and I started noticing it after maybe four or five months of studying. It's syu1 fuk6 舒服, meaning comfortable. Or m4 syu1 fuk6 唔舒服, not comfortable.

The reason I bring this up is it can also be used when you're not feeling well or a little sick. In English you can say 'under the weather', or 'not up to speed' and m syu fuk can be used this way to show something isn't right physically.

Saying syu fuk I would say is a great phrase to learn, and it's fun to say syu1 fuk6 sai3 舒服晒, which means something or someone is 100% completely, all comfortable.
