What is "burrow" (noun) in Cantonese? Cantodict does not give me a good answer.

When CantoDict could not give us a good answer, it probably means that the English term in question (e.g. burrow) is not a common one in Cantonese. There are many terms that are more common in one language but less common in another.

Now, can 竇 also mean a nest? What kind of nest?

For birds and animals, the most common ones are 雀竇 “a bird’s nest” and 狗竇 “a dog’s lair”.

what does 竇口 actually mean? What kind of nest or den?

廣州話正音字典 (p.458) defines 竇口 as “sheltering place” and “accommodation”.
A Dictionary of Cantonese Slang (p.85) defines 竇口 as “a place where illegal activity takes place (gambling, prostitution, drugs, etc); a gang headquarters; a ‘hang out’.”
廣州話方言詞典 (p.43) defines 竇口 as “gangsters’ den” and “accommodation”.
廣州話普通話詞典 (p.71) gives it three meanings: (1) accommodation; (2) trading stall or premises; (3) gangsters’ den.
