(形容詞) + 唔晒

Hi

After seeing Tang's post, I was wondering if the following sentences are possible

佢叻但係叻唔晒
你話佢好人但係我覺得佢好唔晒

I mean to say: Yes he's smart but not that smart
You say he's good but I think he isn't that good

The English sentences are very common but not sure if the Cantonese equivalent I invented makes any sense to a native speaker.
