Sorry, I am having trouble with this sentence:
化行妝都醜啦 呢D洗腳都俾人彈鐘
"She does make up and is still ugly! This feet washing xxxx".
Any help appreciated.

化妝 means ' put on make up'
行 should be 恒. which means "heavily/ strongly" as in "落恒雨" (rain heavily)
"化恒妝都醜啦" means : " Even with heavy make up, she is still ugly"
I can only guess "呢D洗腳都俾人彈鐘" means. "呢D(噉嘅貨色) (去同人)洗腳都俾人彈鐘" ( with low quality like hers, she would be rejected even merely providing feet washing service (not good enough to provide full body washing + happy ending service)
