拫 is /han4/, not /hang4/. The meaning doesn't fit either. I suggest sticking with 行, which is at least commonly understood.
The problem with using 行 for 'heavily/ strongly' is 行 itself primary means 'walk' 'able', and 'commercial establishment' .
Also 行 has four different readings in jyutping: /hang4/ haang4/hong4/ hang6, and that might cause confusion.
My first impression of 化行妝 was ' put on a commercial establishment make up'. Only after I finished reading the whole sentence did I realize the 行 in 化行妝 is actually an adverb for 'heavily'
Even if '拫' isn't the original character, replace it with 恒 is still better than 行
I suggest adding the /hang4/ jyutping to 拫. That would resolve the problem
