焫 is most likely a made-up character. 辣 is commonly written, but it doesn't really fit the meaning here because 辣 means spicy, whereas the "辣" character in 辣㷫 is supposed to mean "turning up the heat (and making someone angry)."

Very few people would write 焫 nowadays. If it is just a made-up character, then it is probably no better the sound-alike character 辣. Feel free to just choose one that makes the most sense to you.
