Today I went to Richmond (烈治文) and ate at a Cantonese restaurant called 金都.
I odered a 焗豬扒飯 as well as a chicken sandwich. When ordering the sandwich the
lady asked me “要唔要烘底?” I wasn't quite sure what she meant by that
but "hung1" sounded like 烘 and "dai2" sounded like 底 so I guessed it meant
being toasted or something. Is that correct by any chance? It sounds like it
means being toasted at the bottom.
