I believe 打攪 is now the mainstream. Personally I have never used the term 滾攪.

To me, using 打攪 , 滾攪 are the same, we say it to be polite when visiting someone .... only when I break down the compound phrases, and study the characters, I would find 打攪 carry more humbleness.

meanwhile, 滾攪 just sound a little bit old fashion nowadays.
