Possible Threat? "Zoufulejishangjimit"

Someone got pissed off at me and sent a message that he claimed was in Cantonese (his first language is Chinese/Cantonese, I'm not sure which), but here's the twist: He wrote it entirely in roman letters. I was wondering if the phrase
"Zoufulejishangjimit"
was a threatening or offensive one (the rest of the email was merely demeaning). Yes, that was the phrase, letter for letter, space for space. He didn't leave any spaces at all, and probably didn't use standard Romanized Chinese so that I would have to figure the entire message out on my own.
For completeness, I have reproduced it here with the sender's name removed so that he can't claim I'm attempting to defame him:

"
ngongjileigongmatcatyebatguongotongleigongleihouyemantongmoulai.mouyandaguoleitongmaimouyangkngguotongpanyoukenggaitouhaizui.leiaizoumatleizhongyibatguomiuguaiyandeiyuguopanyoutoumoudakzou.duojielei,puingozoushoye,guoxigan.joigin,yemanmoulaigepanyou.

Zoufulejishangjimit.

Regards,
"
Just to get any helpful people started, the first line that says "ngongjileigongmatcatyebatguo..." sounds like "I don't know what the heck you are saying, but..." . The words "leigongmat" sound like "lei gong mat", which translate word for word to "you say what".
This is going to be a brain teaser because he did not include the diphthongs for the vowels.
All I need is the last phrase "Zoufulejishangjimit". Any suggestions with word-for-word translations and explanations would be helpful.
Thanks, and enjoy.
