I think 假道學 would be the closest match to the concept. It is equivalent to accusing someone "do as I say, not as I do" in English.
Yes, I agree translate hypocrite as 假道學 fit better than 偽君子.
Saying someone is a 假道學 doesn't imply the person is deceptive. Are lot of hypocrites practice hypocrisy openly without hiding.
假道學 can also be a verb phrase, e.g. "喺度假道學". But 偽君子 can't
