What do 小亞 or 小亚 mean?

What do 小亞 or 小亚 mean, without other characters in the end of the string? Can they mean "Little Asia"?I know that 小亚洲 means little Asia, but what if I omit the last character?Thanks.

but 突破盲腸 is sort of a slang to say 突破盲點, as 盲腸 means the appendix, so 突破盲腸 originally makes no sense, but people made fun of it and created a new version of the term
