I feel nothing, the lyric is full of empty words... To be honest-- I don't know what the writer wanted to say. May be there's something, but the mumble jumble phrasing turns me off.

For both Cantonese and Chiuchow, 是細 can be used only as a reply to the question ‘是大還是細?’.As regards “very tiny” or “really small”, it would be ’ho1 soi4’ (好細) in Chiuchow.

"Witch hunt" can be loosely translated as 捉鬼 (often similar to 捉內鬼, but not necessarily).Setting someone up as a scapegoat is 揾替死鬼.
