我其實唔識油油嘅,我只係想陪你(or 妳 towards a female)。This is Cantonese btw, and I'm an ABC (parents from Guangzhou) , not a native HKer/Macanese/Guangdong person, but this should be correct.

Translating 不得了 as "extremely" seems pretty correct to me. It's a general intensifier in both Mandarin and Cantonese. It's a fixed expression and cannot be reduced to its component parts. In Cantonese...
