Well, if somebody said 但係我唔可以財你 to me and I did not see the characters, I would take it as, "However, I cannot answer you." 財你 I think means "answer you," but my written Chinese is not very good.

You can rearrange the sentence to, "你食白果," and this means, "You eat 白果." A quick search on Google tells me 白果 means ginkgo. I assume this refers to the ginkgo nut.
