Welcome. And remember: "Best Regards, Mat Fay Long" in English should be "麥飛龍 謹上" in Chinese-- whatever your Chinese name is, as long as the words are in the reversed (but correct) positions.

When you type it on the computer, you practically have no choice but to do it horizontally. And, due to computer's influences and many other factors, most people accept the horizontal style nowadays....
